You can return many items sold on When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the Seller, item, or reason for return.


We offer a 25-day returns guarantee on most items…that is from the day you press the button. When you pay for the product the counting begins.

You can return most things to our UK Head Office. If you got your stuff delivered (excluding clothing), you need to ensure that the items are back with us within 25 days so that we return them to the source company.

You can also return your stuff to our UK head Office after contacting us, letting us know the defects for logging.

When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as receipt or confirmation email.
Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

• unused (with any tags still attached)

• in original packaging

• in a resaleable condition

PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on the account you used to pay us for the goods..

To exchange an item, just visit any our website and Contact-Us with proof of purchase and you’ll be able to exchange your order for the product you want provided that the manufacturer accepts the product and its within the return days and subject to availability.

If your item is either from clothing it may not be accepted if it is an under gament, shirts, trousers and some clothing can be returned. If it or they are being returned via post, just return as normal and place a new order online.

If you’ve had your item less than 30 days, we’ll happily request a replacement from the source company. No refunds are normally processed and if it’s faulty, the product will be exchanged. If you’ve had the item between 30 and 365 days we’ll get it repaired, replaced or, if neither are possible, refunded. – Subject to availability.

For clothing items bought on here’s what you need to know:

You’ve got only one ways to return your order:

Repackage the item(s) you want to return and post it back with the completed returns form. *Return postage costs will depend on your courier. MJE Buys will accept NO liability for any damage, malicious or not, caused to the product while in transit. Any unpaid costs  we’ll deduct from your refund amount (unless of if the product is faulty). *

If you no longer have the returns form, don’t worry, grab a copy of your confirmation email/order number and get in touch.

Some items like food, pierced jewellery and underwear can’t be exchanged or refunded, unless they’re faulty. Our website and catalogue indicate which items are non-refundable.

If you’re returning a DVD, music or software product, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you if any.

We might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was supplied by us.

Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

Returnable items need to be back at head office within 25 days of purchase.

Small items will have been dropped off by 1 person whereas large items are literally so large they need to be delivered by two people.

For orders that have been delivered, either by an a Super Agent or by post, there are a few items which can’t be returned to store. If an item you’ve ordered falls into this category, you’ll have been sent some additional paperwork that will suggest alternative options for returning it.

And paid by credit or debit card – we’ll trigger the refund immediately but it may take 5-7 days for your bank to process it into your account.

Or paid by cash/ Gift Card – you’ll be refunded immediately using the original payment method.

PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

If you return it via post or to an MJE Buys collection point…
…as soon as we receive the item back to the MJE Buys warehouse, we’ll start the refund.

However, it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money back to your account. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Nope – wherever you bought it, you can return it within 30 days to any MjE Buys you like as long as you have proof of purchase (like your receipt or confirmation.

Want to exchange it?

For most items, we may be able to offer an exchange. If you’d like an exchange, first check and reserve a replacement item online to make sure we have it in stock.

We wouldn’t want you to leave all empty-handed and disappointed…

You can exchange it or return it to the head office, (However, you can’t currently return your item to a collection point in MJE Buys.)

Any of these:

– till/kiosk receipt

– confirmation email

– e-receipt

– your order number

If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

– your card/bank statement

– the email address used to buy your item

Although we offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items  all clients should only return items that have faults on them. So if you need to bring it back, just bring it back to Head Office. Or if you got it delivered,

You just need these 3 things:

• Your proof of purchase

• The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

• Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition

A few things to note though…

There are some things we can’t do returns for, such as food and some jewellery (see FAQ below) unless of course they’re faulty. Our website and catalogue clearly show which items are excluded.

If the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (ie. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop) we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you.

During the returns process, we might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was actually supplied by us.
Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

For clothing items bought on it’s a little bit different… here’s some specific information on returning clothing items.

You’ll need to send back any freebies, special offer/ discounted products you got in conjunction with the original item. Otherwise, we’ll have to take it off the refund amount, sorry… For example, if you bought 2 items costing £5 each on a buy 2 for £8 offer and return only one, we’ll charge you £5 for the one you kept and refund you £3.

Unless they’re faulty, some items like food and certain jewellery can’t be exchanged or refunded. These are identified on the web under “small print” and in the catalogue marked for none refundable.
