ORDER PROCESSING
Here are the tell-tale signs:
When you’ve finished, an order number appears on your screen. (Keep a note of this in case you have any questions later.)
We’ll ping you a confirmation email just to reassure you. (If you can’t find it, check your Junk folder as it might be hiding in there.)
If you ordered and paid online, you can also head to Your Account and check your recent orders.
Afraid not. If you’d like to buy new items, you’ll need to place a new order.
Online
– PaPal (Preferred and Recommended Mode)
– Visa ( Please check on commission.
– Direct Deposit into company account (on request only.)
We deliver across Kampala and Uganda at large.
For smaller items we can also deliver to your home address, all you do is to leave an instruction to deliver to your home and pay the small delivery fee.
To find out if we come to your area, just call us on WhatsApp using the number provided on on the website.
If you’d rather collect at the depot, or at a local affiliate shops, use our store locator to find your closest collection point.
We also deliver to other districts in Uganda Find out how by contacting us either by email or WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver outside Uganda… but you never know what might happen in future.

Here, you’ll be able to see the delivery date as well as live updates on any progress.
